1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our business, which involves importing vehicles from Korea, returns are generally not accepted unless the vehicle:
- Arrives with significant damage that was not disclosed prior to purchase.
- Does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Has a major mechanical defect that was not disclosed prior to purchase.
Minor cosmetic imperfections or wear and tear that are consistent with the vehicle’s age and mileage are not grounds for a return.
2. Return Process
If you believe your vehicle is eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the vehicle. Please provide the following information:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect.
We will review your request and may require additional information or documentation. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Inspection and Verification
Upon receiving the returned vehicle, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the reported issue. If the issue is confirmed and meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund process.
If the issue is not confirmed or does not meet the eligibility criteria, the vehicle will be returned to you at your expense.
4. Refund Options
If your return is approved, you will be eligible for one of the following refund options:
- Full Refund: A full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.
- Partial Refund: A partial refund to compensate for the disclosed damage or defect, if you choose to keep the vehicle.
- Replacement: If available, a replacement vehicle of similar make and model.
The refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days of the return approval.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Shipping and handling fees.
- Customs duties and taxes.
- Any modifications or alterations made to the vehicle after delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before the vehicle has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following fees:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order: No fee.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours but before shipment: 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made after the vehicle has been shipped: Not accepted.
